CANCELLATION POLICY

Client understands that upon making a purchase through this website, Artsfruit and Catering caterer is committing time and resources to cater this event and thus cancellation would result in lost income and lost business opportunities in an amount difficult to precisely calculate. Therefore, the following cancellation limitations will apply.

This policy is valid for online, email and phone catering orders. An order may be canceled with no charges up to ten (10) full business days prior to the event. Cancellation of order and services made less than five (5) full business days prior to the event will be charged 50% of the order. Cancellation of services made less than three (3) full business days prior to the event will be charged 100% of the order.

PROVISIONS

Artsfruit and Catering will require access to the desired set up area at least 90 minutes prior to the scheduled start time and 60 minutes after the conclusion of our service for set up and take down. The client is responsible for providing one (for small party) or two (for big parties) standard banquet tables with table linens, ample desert plates and cocktail napkins that coordinate with their color scheme. Artsfruit and Catering require at least one 120 volt circuit within 8 feet of the desired set up area, that adheres to contemporary safety standards and supplies to Artsfruit and Catering at least 20 amps. Client accepts full responsibility and is liable for any damages, injuries, or delays that occur as a result of failure to comply with these provisions
